- Mobile number (used to retrieve appointments)
- Appointment date and selected doctor/clinic
We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any sensitive medical history.

- To generate and manage your OPD token number
- To calculate and display your estimated consultation time
- To allow you to retrieve your appointments using your mobile number
- To help clinics manage their daily patient queue
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your appointment details are only visible to the clinic you have booked with and to you via your mobile number.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is securely stored using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
5. Data Retention
Appointment records are retained for up to 12 months to allow you to access your booking history. After this period, records may be anonymized or deleted.
