By using 24Cross7, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including patients, clinic staff, and administrators.
2. Platform Purpose
24Cross7 is an OPD appointment booking platform. It allows patients to book tokens with registered doctors and clinics, receive an estimated consultation time, and manage their appointments — without requiring a login or membership.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate patient information when booking.
- You are responsible for arriving at the clinic at or before your estimated time.
- Booking a token does not guarantee a specific consultation time; it is an estimate based on queue position.
- You must not misuse the platform to book slots you do not intend to use.
4. Token & Appointment Policy
Token numbers are assigned sequentially based on bookings for a given doctor, clinic, and date. Estimated times are calculated based on average consultation duration and are subject to change. 24Cross7 is not responsible for delays caused by the clinic or doctor.
5. Cancellations
Currently, appointment cancellations must be communicated directly to the clinic. We are working on an in-app cancellation feature. Patients who repeatedly book and no-show may be restricted from the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
24Cross7 is a technology platform and is not a medical service provider. We are not liable for medical outcomes, clinic wait times, or any harm arising from use of the platform. Always follow the advice of your healthcare provider.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design on 24Cross7 is the property of 24Cross7. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
